Direct Reports: 10-20 Sales Associates and 2 Assistant Managers
Average hourly: $27-$30 (base pay: $22-$25 an hour base plus bonus incentives)

We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for a Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.
- Opening and developing the staff at a brand-new location
- Training, developing and managing your staff
- Driving business results and store performance
- Support strong sales performance and lead by example

- Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment

- Drive membership sales and retail performance
- Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and reporting
- Work closely with marketing, customer service and HR to support company initiatives and policies
- Plan and lead monthly store meetings
- Review and submit semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Oversee all store operations including maintenance and cleanliness
- Ensure every guest leaves glowing - inside and out
- Other duties as assigned

- 2 years of previous experience in sales, management, and customer service
