Job summary

SmartStop Self Storage in San Diego, CA is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage leasing, rentals, collections, and account management while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations—keeping the facility clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Perform general maintenance tasks
