You will manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility, provide exceptional customer service to tenants, handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management while adhering to policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Basic computer skills (email, systems, reporting tools).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a self-storage facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective customers.
• Handle leasing, rentals, collections, and account management.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained.
• Perform light maintenance and operational tasks as needed.
• Support a team-oriented, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Preferred:

• 1+ year of property management, retail, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and time management skills

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Perform general maintenance tasks
• Lift and move up to 40 lbs
