SmartStop Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for Store #6021 in Aurora, CO. The role involves leasing storage, managing a team, and coordinating on-site operations.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights and a starting pay of $20.00 per hour plus bonus. You will handle rental agreements, process transactions, supervise the property, and ensure excellent tenant relations in a fast-growing organization recognized for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rental agreements and process leases.
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities.
• Clean vacated units and maintain overall property cleanliness.
• Promote and sell self-storage solutions to customers.
• Perform light maintenance and basic property upkeep.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Background check is required.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the Company.

Assistant Store Manager (Store #6021 - Aurora, CO) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to details, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30am to 6:00pm; Sat 9:00am - 4:00pm; Sun 10:00am - 2:00pm

Starting at $20.00/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Prepare rental agreements
• Handle monetary transactions and banking activities
• Cleaning of vacated units and general cleaning of the property
• Promotes and sells self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Light maintenance
• Maintain a working knowledge of all products and services
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and current auto insurance
• The position requires a background check
• Other duties as assigned by the Company
