24 Seven Talent seeks an accomplished store leader in San Diego to own a premium retail site, drive sales, coach a developing team, and deliver standout customer experiences.

You will manage operations, visual standards, events, and local partnerships while building a leadership bench and contributing to store growth in Southern California.

This full-time role offers monthly bonus eligibility tied to store performance and a direct path to regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Store Management or senior retail leadership background in premium, specialty, or jewelry retail.
• Experience owning sales results, team performance, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operational standards.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and promote talent.
• Hands-on event leadership, including budgets, vendor partnerships, execution, and results tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own store performance across sales, conversion, AOV, UPT, traffic, repeat business, and clienteling.
• Build, coach, and develop a strong team, including future Assistant Store Managers and Store Managers.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, payroll, and team engagement.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through premium service, product knowledge, and coaching on the sales floor.
• Own visual standards, inventory accuracy, cash handling, loss prevention, and daily operational excellence.
• Plan and execute engaging local events from concept through measurement, including vendor partnerships and community outreach.
