Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in retail sales preferred.
- Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
- Supervisory skills with equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM roles.
- Manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
- Computer skills for report analysis, inventory, cash control, etc.
- Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills
Leadership and Management
- Recruit, hire, train employees for excellent customer service.
- Manage site cleanliness, stock, organization, and appearance.
- Maintain professional image and schedule staff accordingly.
- Implement non-discriminatory hiring, training, and disciplinary practices.
Site Relationships
- Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
- Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote a safe, positive community image.
Training and Development
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
- Ensure staff training on customer service, safety, and site standards.
Communication
- Ensure timely and effective communication with staff and management.
Organizing and Planning
- Develop action plans to meet site objectives.
- Maintain site files and reports.
- Oversee merchandise display, pricing, and staffing documentation.
Financial
- Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
- Manage budgets, merchandise margins, and safeguard cash.
Working Conditions
- Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
- Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
- Work independently as an effective leader.
