1. Assist Accountable for Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources within a high-volume store location.
2. Develop creative plans to increase store sales.
3. Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business.
4. Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities.
5. Ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience.
6. Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
7. Provide individualized development for Assistant Store Managers to ensure their ability to be promoted to Store Manager positions.

Who We’re Looking For: You

1. Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager.
2. Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
3. Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.

Additional Information

We offer a competitive salary starting from $74,800 to $102,900 annually, based on skills and experience. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in Sales and Business Development within the Textile Manufacturing industry, located at 17815 La Cantera Parkway Suite 120, San Antonio, TX.
