What You’ll Do
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and operations including merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention.
  • Recruit, train, and develop top talent, fostering a positive and engaging environment for staff and customers.
  • Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives. Contribute to succession planning.
  • Drive strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals, while improving store layout and efficiency.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower teams.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mentor.
  • Strong knowledge of store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Position is bonus and overtime eligible, with a starting pay range of $22.05 to $30.30 per hour (~$54,956 to $75,518 annually), based on skills and experience.
