Safelite in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures while driving KPI performance and adherence to company standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail or service environments (automotive preferred) and a strong focus on leadership, communication, and coaching within a mobile workforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, or 5–7 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state driver's license.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with incentive-based performance.
• 3–5 years in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication to influence and coach a mobile workforce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, work orders, CICO procedures, and cash handling.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals.
• Ensure SafeTech certification and quality installs/repairs through training and coaching.
• Guide vehicle/equipment maintenance and proper recordkeeping; collab with marketing for materials display.
• Deliver world-class customer service and respond to complaints/warranty issues.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
