Job summary

Safelite Annapolis is hiring a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, focusing on service quality and safety. You will coach staff, manage schedules, handle inventory and cash, and drive KPIs such as NPS, time-to-serve, and quality metrics.

The role requires strong communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. You will oversee training, compliance with safety standards, and collaboration with marketing to display materials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 5–7 years leadership/supervisory experience.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with an innovative approach toward incenting performance.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web applications, and general office equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade, engage and have crucial conversations with a mobile workforce.
• Comfort working outside in a variety of weather conditions.
• Present a professional appearance and wear PPE.
• Physical requirements: lifting up to 35 lbs., climbing/standing for extended periods.
