You will drive profitable growth, manage inventory, coordinate with the sales team, and maintain vendor relations. This role requires strong communication skills, safety focus, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• 3 years of sales or related experience in compressed and/or medical gases industry; or industrial sales.
• Strong computer skills with FACTS and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assesses store area potential and develops annual store business goals.
• Processes end of day sales reports, daily deposits, open orders and ticket confirmations.
• Responsible for store yearly sales, gross profit, and net contribution forecast.
• Collaborates with sales team to assist with sales process, orders, quotes, and inventory availability.
• Manages store inventory and merchandises goods in the retail/branch store.
• Maintains customer relations and gathers information on needs and interests of customers.
• Stays aware of current products, services, and industry trends.
• Establishes and maintains vendor relationships to optimize product use and promotions.
• Collaborates with other branches to assist with customer and internal needs.

Responsibilities and requirements:

• Assesses store area potential and develops annual store business goals to ensure continued development of current business and the addition of new business
• Processes end of day sales report, daily deposits, open orders and confirmation of all tickets
• Responsible for store yearly sales, gross profit, and net contribution forecast
• Works closely with sales team to assist with sales process, customer order processing, quotes, and inventory availability
• Manages and monitors store inventory and properly merchandise goods in the retail/branch store
• Effectively advocates, questions, and listens to acquire information on needs, wants, position, and interests of the customer - represents the Company and proactively maintains customer relations
• Stays aware of current products, services, and industry trends
• Establish and maintain vendor relationships to ensure best use of products and promotions
• Collaborate with other branches to assist with customer and inner branch needs
• 3 years of sales or related experience in the compressed and/or medical gases industry; or industrial sales
• Strong computers skills and usage of FACTS and Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet searching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
