Position Location: The Mall at Millenia

Position Overview

The Store Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining a customer centric environment by making customers a priority while driving sales. In addition, the position requires successfully managing the day-to-day store operations, staffing, and inventory management. In this role, you will be challenged to lead a team of dynamic Associates while providing customers with extraordinary service.

Responsibilities

1. Manage sales and expenses to optimize results
2. Maintain staffing levels consistent with business needs to ensure excellent customer service
3. Ensure adequate shift coverage and scheduling to business needs including covering shifts if scheduled Associate is unable to work
4. Provide ongoing and timely feedback to Associates to establish accountability
5. Develop management team
6. Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards
7. Support a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and open communication
8. Demonstrate clear understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly

Qualifications

1. 5-7 years of experience in retail sales
2. 3-5 years in retail management
3. Open availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
4. Effective customer engagement skills
5. Basic merchandising and visual skills
6. High level interpersonal and communication skills
7. Ability to hire, develop, train, and inspire all levels of Associates
8. Ability to work with minimal direction and supervision
9. Ability to travel with overnight stay
10. Physical requirements include ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift; climb a ladder and lift a minimum of 10 pounds
11. Must be 18 years of age or older
12. Must be fluent in English (speak, read, write)
