Job summary

EZCORP seeks a Team Leader in Oklahoma City to lead a team of 3–10+ Sales Associates, delivering outstanding customer service and negotiating pawn and sales agreements. You will coach, mentor, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail setting within EZpawn branding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide actionable recommendations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members and assess performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to help Team Members reach goals.
• Ensure store operations by scheduling and supervising Team Members and tracking results.
• Ensure pricing and markdowns follow company guidelines.
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED


• 1+ years in a management role


• Ability to offer and describe various solutions and their benefits to the customer


• Strategic and tactical management skills


• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test


• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance


• Background of accountability for meeting targets and metrics in a performance-driven environment, a plus


• Strong marketing and community outreach abilities, a plus


• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
