Job summary

EZPAWN in Oklahoma City is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of 3–10+ sales associates, driving exceptional customer service and profitable store operations. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, while negotiating pawn and sales agreements and ensuring strong community relationships.

The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in a retail setting, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
