Job summary

Agent Provocateur on Madison Avenue, New York, invites a Store Manager to lead the boutique team, drive exceptional luxury service, and uphold flagship standards. You will mentor Sales Associates, manage stock control and visual presentation, and ensure smooth daily operations in a high-profile premium environment.

The role requires at least 2 years as Store Manager in premium/luxury retail, proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Store Manager experience in premium/luxury retail.
• Experience driving performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing stock control and loss prevention in luxury retail.
• Experience managing employee performance with goal setting and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Sales Associates to deliver outstanding one-on-one luxury service.
• Uphold luxury visual merchandising and stock presentation standards.
• Ensure smooth operational running of the boutique and efficient stockroom processes.

As a Madison Store Manager, you will:

• Havepreviousexperienceinmanagingstockcontrolandlosspreventionwithinapremium/luxuryretailenvironment
