About the Role
- As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: driving sales and profit to meet store targets, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, ensuring the store is well merchandised and commercially successful, and leading your team through recruiting, training, managing, and developing them.
- You will also receive full training for ear piercing.

Qualifications - About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and a good understanding of mathematics.
- Strong reading comprehension and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze sales reports and problem-solve strategically.
- Physical ability to stand during shifts, maneuver weights up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
- Ability to operate POS systems.
