Job Purpose
Store Managers oversee daily retail operations, provide leadership to sales staff, foster a culture of pride, and ensure high-quality customer experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, recruiting, coaching staff, and completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:

  • 4 years retail customer service experience
  • 2 years retail management experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to be bonded and maintain insurance coverage
  • Reliable transportation
  • Licensing where applicable

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 6 years retail customer service experience
  • 3 years retail management experience
  • Basic accounting skills (reviewing financials, budgets, PnLs)

Duties & Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:

  • Flexible scheduling (nights, weekends, holidays)
  • Leadership, training, and accountability for staff
  • Meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Effective communication
  • Controlling expenses
  • Coordination with marketing

Performance Metrics
Store Managers will be evaluated based on:

  • Shift goal achievement
  • Lines per invoice
  • Average invoice value
  • Inventory adjustments
  • Gross profit margin
  • Payroll percentage
  • Sales growth
  • Turnover rates
  • Attendance

Physical Requirements
Bending, stooping, reaching, standing, lifting (50 lbs+), walking, climbing, pushing, repetitive tasks. Must be able to stand for long periods.

Supervisory Functions
Manage staff directly or indirectly, ensuring standards and sales targets are met.
