Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
bonus opportunity: 1% of store revenue, contingent upon meeting budgetary and margin qualifications.
A written commission agreement outlining the method for calculating and paying this commission will be provided at the time of hire, consistent with California Labor Code Section 2751.
This range reflects a good-faith estimate of the base pay Lucchese reasonably expects to pay for this position in the Napa market at the time of hire. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
