Job summary

BibliU Ltd. is seeking a Store Manager at Barry University in Miami Shores, FL to oversee the campus store operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and build strong relationships with faculty and students.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires hands-on leadership for a single-store operation. The successful candidate will lead a customer-focused team, ensure profitability, and maintain merchandising standards while complying with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and communicate with campus stakeholders.
• Manage store inventory including receiving, tagging, setup and returns to vendors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty to obtain materials info and promote Day 1 access.
• Meet sales goals by training and motivating the sales staff.
• Ensure company policies and procedures compliance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Address customer service issues with Regional Manager to resolve issues.

Position Overview

We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for the overall Campus store. The successful candidate will be able to lead a customer focused team, drive sales and profitability and enhance campus relationships.

What you will be doing:

• Collect, enter and analyze adoptions for order placement and maintain regular communication with campus stakeholders regarding status. Introduce and promote the most affordable option for the student.
• Manage inventory for your store, including receiving, tagging, set-up and the return of unsold inventory to the vendors.
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with the faculty to obtain key information for course materials. Schedule regular appointments and meet with the appropriate administrative personnel to build partnerships, promote Day 1 access and determine the best option for students.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Ensure company compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Address customer service issues and partner with Regional Manager to resolve issues.
