As Store Manager at our Miami Design District store, you will work collaboratively with your team. Providing guidance and support in purpose to nurture and foster engaging customer relationships in which your leadership skills take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Store Manager your main contribution will be to lead the store in all aspects. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks
  • Analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies
  • Recruiting, training, and leading your team, including setting performance goals, and conducting performance evaluations

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to fine-tune the need of the customer and translate that into excellent customer service
  • Self-reliant in knowing how to guide and motivate a team whit clear communication and feedback
  • Proficiency in prioritising responsibilities, and delegating tasks while maintaining attention to detail
  • Understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
Specific experience and knowledge for this role:
  • Working in a retail environment within luxury fashion, preferably in a progressive leadership role
  • God knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly
  • Leadership or supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this role (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
