What You’ll Do

Responsibilities
Our Boutique Team Leader is the frontline of our field leadership team, responsible for all aspects of our boutique operations including guest experience, talent, and visual merchandising. Through strategizing, coaching, and accountability, you lead and motivate your team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales. Responsibilities include:

• Guest Experience: Cultivate a selling culture focused on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.

• Leadership: Drive sales results by analyzing the business and identifying opportunities for improvement through sales floor leadership and coaching. Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks while maintaining our guest as the top priority. Foster communication and teamwork, ensuring important boutique & company information reaches all levels. Provide consistent developmental feedback to empower and motivate your team. Act as a liaison between the Boutique Team, Field, and Corporate partners.

• Talent: Attract, recruit, onboard, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse team. Build bench strength by preparing team members for advancement. Coach, train, and develop team members to succeed in their roles. Manage performance fairly and consistently. Build open, trusting relationships with team members. Exhibit integrity and hire a reliable team.

• Operations & Visual: Lead operational excellence through daily boutique operations, managing budgets and inventory, and supporting company policies. Understand business drivers to maximize profitability and ensure visual and operational standards are met. Create schedules to deliver high service levels and maximize sales within payroll budgets.
