Take 5 Oil Change Biloxi is seeking a Shop Manager to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team. You’ll own store performance, customer experience, and safety standards while building a culture of accountability.

You don’t need to be a mechanic; we’ll teach the oil change systems and processes. Your leadership, work ethic, and desire to grow people are the keys to success in this hands-on role.

You won't be doing it alone. Your District Manager will be there to coach, support, and help you succeed.

You Don't Have to Be a Mechanic

Mechanical experience is not required.

We can teach you how to change oil. We can teach you our systems and processes. We can train you on the automotive side of the business.

What we can't teach as easily is leadership, work ethic, attitude, and the desire to develop people.
