Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Job Summary:

As a General Manager, you are responsible for the overall successful management of the store. You oversee employees, manage inventory, track labor, and ensure excellent customer service. Your role is to lead by example, create a positive work environment, and run the business efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee store operations and ensure efficiency.
  • Verify timesheets before payroll submission.
  • Manage employee scheduling while balancing labor costs.
  • Oversee inventory ordering and inventory control.
  • Maintain strong communication via email and meetings.
  • Track and manage labor to ensure the store is running efficiently.
  • Ensure team members are properly trained and following company policies.
  • Uphold company culture and motivate employees to perform their best.
  • Handle high-level customer concerns and work with the District Manager when needed.
  • Ensure all food safety, labor laws, and operational procedures are followed.
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and upselling techniques.
  • Foster a culture of open communication, teamwork, consistent with company standards.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Develop strategies for improving sales and operations.
