We are looking for a creative and driven Assistant Visual Manager to join our team at a high-volume, high-profile retail location. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong eye for styling, trends, and brand consistency. You’ll play a key role in enhancing the in-store customer experience through compelling visual merchandising that drives traffic and sales.

The Assistant Visual Manager will report directly to the Store Manager and work closely with both store leadership and the corporate visual team to execute seasonal directives, localized floor plans, and brand initiatives.

What you get to do every day:

  • Assist in developing and executing all visual merchandising strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Adapt corporate visual direction to suit the needs of a high-profile, high-traffic location, ensuring optimal product placement and storytelling.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to ensure a seamless customer journey through layout, display, and signage.
  • Lead floor moves and product placement, window installations, and display changes according to seasonal floor sets and promotional calendars.
  • Continuously monitor inventory levels and visual product placement to ensure the sales floor is consistently refreshed and visually compelling. Maintain overall visual presentation standards, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and brand appropriate.
  • Provide on-the-floor coaching to associates on product knowledge, styling, and presentation.
  • Regularly assess the store’s visual execution through walks and provide recommendations for improvement.

What you bring to the role:

  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
  • Proven ability to interpret and implement visual direction while maintaining flexibility to address local business needs.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving fixtures and merchandise (up to 40 lbs), and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule availability
