Role overview
Are you a Retail Store Manager interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley and Prada?
The Vision Express store in Halifax is looking for its next Retail Store Manager. This is a high performing Vision Express store with an established team of 8 clinical professionals and 9 retail colleagues including an assistant manager. Our ideal candidate would be a strong retail leader; optics experience is not required for this position.
As a Retail Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the culture of your store, managing day-to-day operations, and motivating and inspiring your team to deliver in our mission to help provide tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers every day.
