Role Overview

Are you interested in becoming a Store Manager with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers, selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada?

At Vision Express, we are currently looking for two Store Manager Designates to support our stores in the Newcastle and Teesside areas. To be successful, you must be comfortable with regular travel to multiple stores and flexible to cover holidays and sickness, with the goal of becoming a resident store manager in the future.

As a Store Manager, you will motivate and inspire teams to deliver top performance, manage day-to-day store operations, and participate in an exciting induction program to develop your leadership skills for future roles within the business.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to fit your ideal working week, whether around school runs or a compressed schedule.
