The manager assists in supervising IHOP restaurant's employees. His or her primary responsibilities include managing operations in the front and back of the house with a focus on profitability and sales growth, while maintaining IHOP's standards of quality and service.
Directly supervise craft employees, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline, in accordance with company policies and laws.
High school diploma or GED with 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
Valid Driver's License required for driving company vehicles.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 100 pounds occasionally. Work may involve exposure to fumes, chemicals, and varying environmental conditions.
Certification through IHOP training courses preferred.
