Job summary

EZPawn in Knoxville is seeking a Store Team Leader to guide a 3–10+ Sales Associates, deliver outstanding customer service, and build lasting relationships with customers through mutually beneficial pawn and sale agreements.

Ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in a management role, strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, and the ability to pass background and drug checks. Bilingual is a plus; pawn industry experience a plus.
