EZPAWN Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead a small team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will coach, mentor and develop team members, analyze performance, recruit and train staff, schedule store coverage, and ensure pricing and promotions align with company guidelines. A strong focus on customer service and community engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Analyze reports and profitability statements and provide recommendations and action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members and monitor results.
• Provide ongoing coaching to help Team Members meet performance goals and career aspirations.
• Schedule and assign Team Members and monitor work results to ensure store coverage.
• Ensure pricing and timely markdowns follow guidelines and maintain store standards.
