EZCORP Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Durant, OK to lead a team of 3 to 10+ sales associates, drive customer service, and manage pawn and sales transactions. You will analyze performance, coach staff, and ensure pricing, markdowns, and store standards are met.

Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential for success. You will contribute to community outreach, maintain security, and ensure legal compliance while delivering a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years in a management role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reports and profitability statements; provide action plans.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train Team Members; monitor results.
