CLB23 is seeking a sales-driven Store Manager to lead one of our luxury resale retail locations.

This is not a back-office management role. The Store Manager owns the performance of the store—driving revenue, developing the sales team, building VIP and community relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Sales: Own store performance and lead the team toward annual, monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals.
• Develop the Team: Coach and hold team members accountable for selling, clienteling, product knowledge, and customer experience.
• Build VIP & Community Relationships: Develop relationships with athletes, entertainers, stylists, influencers, collectors, business leaders, and other high-value members of the community.
• Grow the Client Base: Personally develop high-value customers while creating a culture of proactive client outreach and repeat business.
• Own the Store: Maintain strong merchandising, inventory productivity, staffing, security, operational standards, and overall store presentation.
• Represent CLB23: Attend select community, fashion, sports, entertainment, and VIP events to expand CLB23's local network and brand presence.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in retail sales, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or another relationship-driven sales environment.
• Experience leading and developing salespeople.
• Strong personal selling and closing ability.
• Natural relationship builder with an established network or demonstrated ability to build one.
• Passion for luxury fashion, streetwear, sneakers, collectibles, or resale.
• Competitive, accountable, entrepreneurial, and comfortable being measured by results.
