The Tile Shop in the United States is seeking a Store Manager with people- and sales-driven leadership to guide a team toward achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, train staff, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining the brand’s standards.

As Store Manager, you will learn store and warehouse operations, manage schedules, and ensure inventory accuracy while driving competitive compensation and a team-focused

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management.
• Previous sales experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
• Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
• Works well in a fast-paced, commission-based sales environment.

• Leads with a positive attitude and contagious enthusiasm.
