Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations of the store
• Overseeing sales of kitchen cabinets, bath vanities, countertops, flooring, and installation services
• Leading, training, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
• Managing inventory, store maintenance, and reporting
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Designing kitchen layouts using CAD software (2020)
• Managing product loading and offloading
