Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations across all locations.

• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies.
• Complete inventory reports twice each week.
• Manage milk inventory.
• Minimize waste and improve efficiency.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and staff.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Build customer loyalty through exceptional service.
• Encourage online reviews and community engagement.
• Develop promotional ideas and local marketing opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Team

Financial Responsibilities

• Prepare daily deposits
• Complete deposit documentation
• Handle bank deposits accuratelySupport overall sales growth and profitability

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail, restaurant, coffee shop, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
• Dependable and self-motivated

Compensation:

• $17/hour plus cash tips and bonus incentives
• Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
