Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking a Store Manager for a franchise location in Iowa. You will lead a high-energy team of baristas, model excellent customer service, and drive operational excellence to deliver fast, friendly drinks.

You will hire, train, coach, and schedule staff, oversee store standards, cleanliness, and quality, and report on store performance. We provide leadership training and opportunities for growth, with pay and benefits discussed with the franchisee.
