What the job is:

CPI is looking for someone with proven management experience, preferably in a convenience store setting, who can lead, develop, and motivate others. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, knowledge of inventory management, performance evaluations, and store maintenance. CPI is a safety-minded company, so adherence to safety policies is essential. Store Managers will also oversee daily housekeeping to ensure safety, monitor customer transactions and experiences, and follow CPI's established guidelines.
