The Co-Store Team Leader (CTL) oversees the sales floor and receiving area, leading a passionate team focused on merchandise sales and excellent customer and associate experiences. Responsibilities include merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing payroll, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and reporting to meet financial and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors in service interactions.
  • Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations.
  • Develop and execute talent planning for associate growth.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing needs.
  • Open and close the store as needed, along with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of retail management experience with a mid to large retailer.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid Driver’s license required.
Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
  • Stand for extended periods and work safely.
