Company Description

Smoke N. W Jay is a new smoke shop entering the Dartmouth Area. We are just getting established, with our opening day set for June 15th, 2025. The owner, Jayden Long (also known as Jay), is 24 years old and has experience managing several stores including Ocean State Job Lot, Aaron's Sales and Lease, and Acima, a third-party financing company used by Bob's Discount Furniture. He successfully improved the profitability of an Aaron's location within six months and is now seeking a dedicated General Manager to do the same.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Fall River, MA. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention. The role also involves participation in hiring and firing processes.
