General Description
- Generate sales by providing excellent customer service.

- Ensure all associates maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the company's dress code.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Control Expenses
- Protect company assets following LIDS Retail policies.
- Prepare store schedules to ensure proper coverage, adhering to wage control guidelines.
- Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, pricing, and counting products, in compliance with policies and laws.
- Document and record all activities properly, following policies and legal requirements.
- Open and close the store as per procedures outlined in the Operations P&P Manual.
Additional Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise Associates
- Manage store associates through training, goal setting, and regular follow-up.
- Recruit, develop, and train staff to meet operational objectives and policies.
- Implement disciplinary actions, including warnings and terminations, following approval from relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform the work of subordinates as needed.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
- Post-secondary education (two years) and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination.
- Proven ability to generate sales results while minimizing loss.
- Strong supervisory and training skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer operation and relevant software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with hands overhead.
- Ability to stand for up to 100% of the work time.
- Willingness to travel overnight for training or meetings.
