Job Requirements

• 3-5 years management experience in food service or related industry
• Responsible for store operations and fostering a 'run it like you own it' mentality
• Mentor and develop assistant managers for promotion readiness
• Effective communication via email and phone, with timely responses
• Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events
• Prioritize customer service excellence
• Uphold integrity, honesty, and company culture
• Manage staffing, including hiring, onboarding, and training
• This is a hands-on role; must be able to work all shifts up front
• Friendly, enthusiastic, energetic leadership
• Lead by example, uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and full-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

• Constant standing and walking
• Occasional heavy lifting up to 55 pounds
