Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Store Manager to lead a customer-focused team and drive sales in our store. You will recruit, coach, and develop Assistant Managers and Sales Associates to deliver outstanding service and meet store goals.

As a hands-on leader, you will greet customers, educate them on tile and installation processes, and manage store operations, inventory, and scheduling with a commitment to quality and The Tile Shop brand standards.

• Minimum 2+ years in retail management.
