Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a Store Manager in Commack, NY to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. You will coach assistants and sales associates, greet customers, and drive tile sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and brand standards.

Lead store operations, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure on-time product delivery updates. A positive, energetic leader with strong communication will thrive in this fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail management
• Previous sales experience
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.
