Job Title: Store Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of one or more sites.
• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through unit rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements.
• Handle cash, balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process bank deposits.
• Maintain cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties.
• Work independently and collaborate with team members and other stores.
• Run errands and travel to other store locations as needed.
• Note: This location is closed on Sundays.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (except in NYC).
• High school diploma or GED; college education is a plus.
