Compensation Pay Range: $14.81 - $21.00
The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role manages the store during the Store Manager’s absence or shift overlaps and leads team members in servicing customers.

Essential Job Functions

1. Lead team members in providing excellent customer service.
2. Supervise customer service levels and execution of service programs.
3. Assist in staffing during peak hours.
4. Help set team goals, provide feedback, coaching, and training updates.
5. Participate in hiring processes, including interviews and candidate evaluation.
6. Ensure proper processing of orders, returns, exchanges, and merchandise invoicing.
7. Communicate messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
8. Ensure policy adherence, including schedules, clock-ins, and security procedures.
9. Perform store opening/closing duties, including end-of-day procedures and security checks.
10. Maintain store facilities and equipment.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education, and Experience

Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification

Desired: Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification, Multilingual (Spanish preferred)
