Responsibilities

1. Providing top-notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED environment
2. Managing employees — hiring, training, motivating, and scheduling
3. Overseeing & running catering services
4. Ordering and receiving products and supplies
5. Maintaining adequate levels of prepared products
6. Verifying daily deposits
7. Submitting payroll
8. Handling customer complaints and store emergencies
9. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment
10. Managing food costs, labor, supplies, and cash control

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service leadership experience
• Experience in hiring, managing, and motivating a team
• Willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management
• Computer, POS, and cash handling experience (Word and Excel preferred)
• Own transportation
• Ability to work up to 10 hours a day on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate effectively with customers
