ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - Miami, FL

We seek a candidate with exceptional sales and management skills, preferably in the watch, fine jewelry, or specialty retail industry, to join us as an Assistant Store Manager at Dolphin Mallas. The role involves supporting the Store Manager in all operations, driving sales, customer service, staff management, and training. The Assistant Store Manager will act as the Store Manager in their absence.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Achieve or surpass personal sales goals set by the Store Manager and develop comprehensive product knowledge.
  2. Open and close the store as scheduled.
  3. Meet financial objectives for the store.
  4. Coach and train staff to meet their sales targets.
  5. Recruit, hire, train, and motivate store employees to ensure peak performance.
  6. Manage CRM data, inventory, revenue, merchandising, and loss prevention in accordance with company policies.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the team does the same.
  8. Maintain store security, compliance, and reputation by adhering to corporate, legal, and security standards.
  9. Keep the store environment neat, clean, and professional.
  10. Monitor merchandise presentation, ticketing, and cleanliness.
  11. Service watches, including sizing and battery replacements, as needed.
Job Requirements:
  1. Strong sales skills with at least 3 years of retail management experience.
  2. Experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, cosmetics, or luxury retail preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  4. Organized and detail-oriented.
  5. Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office (Word/Excel).
  6. Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to meet store needs.
  7. Spanish speaking skills are a plus but not required.
