A leading luxury retail company is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead and elevate the performance of a high-profile boutique. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in a client-focused, fast-paced environment and has a passion for luxury service, people development, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience & Sales:

• Lead by example on the sales floor to ensure a consistently elevated client experience
• Drive sales through team motivation, KPI strategy, and personalized client outreach
• Analyze business performance reports and implement data-driven strategies
• Partner with buying and merchandising teams on product assortment and store performance

Team Management & Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
• Set clear individual sales targets and provide coaching to support team growth
• Deliver in-store training and ongoing development in service standards and CRM initiatives

Store Operations & Compliance:

• Oversee all store functions, including opening/closing, cash handling, and POS operations
• Ensure timely processing of deliveries, stock accuracy, and adherence to inventory protocols
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation
• Implement and monitor loss prevention and risk management procedures
• Manage team scheduling, payroll, and commissions with accuracy and compliance
• Address employee relations and performance concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, ideally within luxury retail
• Proven leadership, client development, and operational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Business-minded with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); POS system knowledge preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred
