The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career

• Oversee Merchandising, Operations, Customer Service, and Human Resources in a high-volume store
• Create strategies to boost store sales
• Manage expenses and payroll effectively
• Prioritize Loss Prevention
• Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Recruit, train, and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers
• Support the career development of Assistant Store Managers to prepare them for Store Manager roles

Who We Are Looking For: You!

• 3-5 years of retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager
• Proven ability to lead and motivate large teams
• Experience managing stores with over $5 million in volume
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills

This position is bonus eligible, with a starting salary range of $74,800 to $102,900 annually, depending on skills and experience.
