Job Overview

The Assistant Manager supports store performance by ensuring customer service, sales, profitability, and merchandising objectives are met. Responsibilities include assisting the store manager, selling products, providing customer service, maintaining store displays, and supporting daily operations. No industry experience is required as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals and customer service standards
• Assist in achieving financial targets such as EBITDA, gross margin, and sales per transaction
• Engage customers, qualify requirements, and build rapport
• Test water quality, assist with store upkeep, stocking, and inventory management
• Maintain store displays and cleanliness
• Contribute to social media content and promotional activities
• Ensure safety and proper operation of store facilities
