Job summary

Rent A Center is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily sales activities, oversee collections, and drive profitability at our Chickasha, OK location. You will manage staff, ensure pricing and inventory controls, and maintain exceptional customer service while aligning with company policies and goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, and a valid driver’s license.

• Computer literacy in store operation applications; valid state driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
